AMD Unveils Upcoming Ryzen 9 X3D CPUs: Specs and Pricing Revealed

AMD has exciting news for technology enthusiasts this week as it prepares to introduce its latest X3D CPUs. Fresh off the announcement of the RX 9000 Series graphics cards, the company is shifting its attention to processors. The Senior Vice President and Executive Director of computing and graphic technologies has shared details regarding the release date and pricing of the upcoming Ryzen 9 X3D models.

The two new models up for release are the Ryzen 9 9950X3D as well as the Ryzen 9 9900X3D. Pricing has been set at $699 for the 9950X3D and $599 for the 9900X3D, respectively.

Regarding its specifications, the Ryzen 9 9950X3D boasts 16 Zen 5 cores with a peak boost speed reaching 5.7GHz. In contrast, the Ryzen 9 9900X3D features a smaller configuration of 12 Zen 5 cores, operating at a peak frequency speed of 5.5GHz.
