Dead by Daylight Gets New Iron Maiden-Themed Cosmetics

Developer Behaviour Interactive has unveiled an exciting new partnership for its popular game Dead by Daylight, this time incorporating the iconic heavy metal band Iron Maiden. The band's famous mascot, Eddie, is now part of the game, though not as a separate new character. Instead, Eddie will be available as a special outfit for select characters, specifically The Dredge, The Doctor, The Deathslinger, and The Oni. Each will showcase a distinct version of Eddie, reflecting his various appearances over the years to maintain clarity during gameplay.

Not only do the characters get to enjoy the presence of Eddie, but Survivors also get their share of the Iron Maiden celebration with unique tour shirts available for all original Survivors in the game. To enhance the experience, wearing these special cosmetics triggers the classic Iron Maiden song "Fear of the Dark" in the match lobby, perfectly setting the atmosphere before a match begins.

Behavior Interactive has a history of engaging in collaborations for Dead by Daylight, having recently incorporated Alan Wake into the game. Other notable inclusions have been Chucky from Child’s Play and both the Xenomorph and Ellen Ripley from Alien, adding a wide variety of content for players.
