Soulmask Rolls Out Early on Steam Following Successful Beta Phase

Soulmask has received an overwhelmingly positive response to its beta, prompting an early roll-out of its early access phase on Steam. It hasn't been long, scarcely a few months, since CampFire unveiled the beta for its innovative survival game, Soulmask. Taking a cue from Palworld, it's clear that the survival genre is thriving, with no signs of waning interest.

In a notable achievement, it clinched the third spot at the Steam Next Fest in February, marking its ascent as a nascent hit. Encouraged by this enthusiastic reception, the launch date for its early access was moved up, now making it readily accessible. The developers have guaranteed an expansive gameplay experience, boasting over 500 hours filled with adventure and exploration. Masks play a pivotal role in the game, not only serving as a fundamental aspect of gameplay by bestowing unique powers upon characters but also helping to define the identity of each tribe.

A total of ten distinctive masks will be featured, each equipped with special abilities crucial for strategizing. The game's world is segmented into seven diverse regions sprawling over approximately 64 square kilometers, each differentiated by its unique biomes, such as jungles, volcanic areas, and more. Players will face six formidable bosses distributed across the globe, with five adhering to a pyramid structure where defeating one amplifies the challenge posed by the next. The final boss draws inspiration from a character within the realm of science fiction.

Weapons within the game are categorized into one of eight classifications, such as swords and bows, each defined by distinct traits. The game also introduces five unique mounts, facilitating the control of creatures to enhance the exploratory aspect of the journey. Moreover, players will discover nearly 400 ancient relics, encounter various tribes, and have access to about 300 different building components.

An exclusive feature is the private server mode, which is equipped with over a hundred customization options.
